Power Yoga Instructor online training
The Power Yoga Instructor online training can be started at any time and independent of location. After registration you receive the login details for the learning platform. This guides you step by step through the training with a script and learning videos.
As soon as you are ready, you can prove your knowledge with the knowledge check. Once the knowledge check is passed, you can register for the 2 practical days. During the practical days, the content is put into practice.

- Build and vary dynamic vinyasa flows
- Instruct asanas correctly and give precise corrections
- Integrate breathwork and mindfulness into your classes
- Anatomical foundations for safe, powerful practice
- Design powerful sequences for different levels
How your training works
You complete the theory 100 % online on our learning platform – with scripts, videos and practical exercises, at your own pace. All learning materials and the exam fee are included in the price. After passing the exam you receive your diploma, recognised across Switzerland.
Who is this training for?
For everyone who wants to take their yoga practice to the next level and pass it on – in a studio, a club or their own classes. Prior yoga experience is an advantage but not a must.

Ich habe aus persönlichem Interesse die Ausbildung gemacht. Ich würde mir etwas mehr Lehrvideos wünschen. Das ist jedoch meckern auf hohem Niveau. Praxistage haben mir sehr viel gebracht und sehr gut
