P.I.I.T! This is a high-intensity interval training from the update Akademie. It can be performed at various intensity levels. It is therefore suitable for a very broad audience.

The P.I.I.T XMAS Mix is used with the current P.I.I.T programme. The XMAS Mix is only music for the current programme and not a complete programme.

Please note: After purchase, you receive a PDF with the link to the music download. The programme may only be purchased by instructors with basic group fitness training and is authorised solely for playback during group fitness classes at the fitness centre.
