Added to that are tips for teaching yoga and a Masterclass in which everything comes together in one class.

Who the workshop is for
For yoga teachers and group fitness instructors who do not want to use fascia merely as a buzzword, but want to understand which lines there are and how they can be addressed in yoga. The workshop gives you the anatomical order behind it and translates it straight into exercises and teaching notes. Anyone who is regularly asked whether a Black Roll belongs in a yoga class will find that question placed here too. The workshop stays close to the mat throughout: every piece of anatomy is followed by exercises that you can put into a class straight away.
